PRACTICE DESCRIPTION Dr. Owen is a specialist in treating traditional E.N.T. problems in adults and children. In addition, he has received post graduate training in microscopic ear surgery, ear, nose and throat laser therapy, and palate surgery for sleep apnea and snoring. He has been Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff at the same hospital. Dr. Owen has been elected to the Board of Directors South Bay District Nine of Los Angeles County Medical Association for 20 years, serving two terms as President. He currently represents the district as Los Angeles County Medical Association Councilor, in his second three year term, and also serves as Delegate to the California Medical Association. Dr. Owen is on the Board of Directors of INDOC-TPASB. He has contributed to the international medical community by lecturing at medical schools in Thailand. | |
